Nufarm Opens Manufacturing Facility in Mississippi

Nufarm Americas Inc., has dedicated a new manufacturing facility in Greenville, Miss., with its commercialization expected in 2019. The facility will expand production and distribution for the southeast with a focus on herbicide products and cotton-focused products. The facility will be 104,500 sq. ft. and located on a 16-acre site.

The site will come online for production in two phases and an overall $20 million investment. In the first phase, engineering, process equipment and technology infrastructure departments will be established. Then in the second phase, 30 to 50 skilled workers will be added over five years as production ramps up.
