As the sixth retail partner for CommoditAg, Farmward Cooperative joins the online e-commerce site that launched in 2017.

Farmward has nine locations in Minnesota: Morgan, Minnesota, the co-op has outlet locations in Clements, Comfrey, Danube, Morton, Olivia, Renville, Sacred Heart, Springfield, and Wabasso. Two of its warehouses will become part of the CommoditAg network—Springfield and Danube.

“As farming continues to evolve at a rapid pace, Farmward is constantly looking for opportunities to help our growers navigate through the challenges that come with the advancements of agriculture, that is why we decided to join CommoditAg’s Convenience powered by Trust,” Dennis Schreier, senior vice president of agronomy & energy for Farmward said in a news release.

The site serves farmers through local ag retail but with an online ecommerce platform offering crop protection, plant nutrition and adjuvants. Farmer customers can see real-time inventory via CommoditAg Live, and they can select delivery services or same-day pickup at the warehouses.

The other retailer partners include: Liqui-Grow in Illinois, MKC in Kansas, Landmark Services in Wisconsin, Sunrise Cooperative in Ohio and The Equity in Illinois.
