Fast Ag Solutions Announces Ownership Change

FAST Global Solutions, Inc. announces the divestiture of the Fast Ag Solutions product lines and associated facilities in Windom, MN and Gilman, IL to the existing management team led by Cody Fast. The primary investor making up the investment group that purchased Fast Ag Solutions is Midwest Growth Partners, based out of West Des Moines, Iowa. A minority investor in the group includes Verlyn Fast, the original owner and founder of Fast Sprayers.

“I look forward to expanding our product offering and availability, while continuing to provide excellent customer service” said Cody Fast, President of Fast Ag Solutions. “We have been in business since my father, Verlyn Fast, started the company over 30 years ago and I am honored and excited to build upon the Fast legacy by continuing to provide dependable, feature-rich products to our dealers and customers. We will continue operations in our main production facility in Windom, MN, as well as our Service and Parts Retail locations in Mountain Lake, MN and Gilman, IL.”  

FAST Global Solutions CEO, Steve Hagstrom, said, “We are pleased to see the Fast Ag brand and product offering back in the hands of the Fast family and believe they will continue to build the brand’s reputation in the industry and also support the communities where they do business.”  The sale process was led by Tim Meyer, CEO of the investment banking firm Equity Advisors, Inc. 

Fast Ag Solutions takes pride in manufacturing durable and dependable farming equipment, including pull-type and three-point mounted liquid fertilizer applicators and sprayers in addition to a host of ancillary products that support those business lines, including tractor-mounted tanks, rotary hoes, and parts to support its entire product portfolio.

Fast Ag Solutions has been in business since 1990 and is headquartered in Windom, MN.  FAST Global Solutions has been in business since 1979 and is headquartered in Glenwood, MN.
