While the event’s focus has also been solving the greatest challenges for these ag professionals, under with The Fertilizer Institute managing the show, it’s expanded to a broader scope.

There are three educational tracks for the show:

  • Precision agriculture: the use of technologies to improve efficiencies, including monitoring soil and crop health, crop growth, and carbon estimates. Technologies include: remote sensing, drones, autonomy and robotics, blockchain, IoT, and more.
  • Products innovation: showcasing the latest innovative products, including Enhanced Efficiency Fertilizers (EEFs), Biostimulants, genetics, beneficial insects, and other ag inputs, as well as how to evaluate this new spectrum of products and improve adoption.
  • Sustainabilty/environmental stewardship: the latest conservation practices, impact of 4Rs, Climate Smart Agriculture, carbon sequestration practices and carbon markets, and the use of technology to demonstrate environmental practices.

“The conference will equip attendees with actionable takeaways they can bring back to their businesses and customers,” Rosenbusch says. “Now more than ever, practical innovation is key to improving field efficiencies and protecting growers’ bottom lines. The opportunities and challenges of advancing modern agriculture have never been greater for field advisors and agronomists as growers need help navigating challenging market conditions.”
