Stine Seed says it’s continuing to focus on how to grow its seed sales via ag retail.
“Our chosen retail partners have a track record of helping farmers improve every acre of corn or soybeans they plant,” says Myron Stine, president of Stine Seed Company.
To support this goal, the company has announced four key roles in its retail development leadership team.
“Retail is a critical component of our business, and this team structure reflects our investment in ensuring our partners are supported, educated and empowered to grow,” he adds. “Each of these leaders brings a proven history of relationship-building and results, and we’re excited about the momentum they’ll drive in their regions.”
The team includes:
- Tony Pleggenkuhle, central director of retail development
- Jeff Anderson, western director of retail development
- Justin Oden, northern director of retail development
- Brian Manahan, southern and eastern director of retail development
Among their tasks, this team is responsible for expanding the company’s retail presence throughout their assigned territories, recruiting top-tier dealers, collaborating with Stine’s agronomy team on retail-focused training meetings and managing the development of Stine product plots with key accounts.
The company adds its continued focus on retail development is part of a broader effort to provide farmers with more localized access to high-performance corn and soybean genetics.
