UPL Appoints David Elser As North American Regional Head

In mid-July UPL announced David Elser as the regional head for North America. 

David joins UPL with more than 25 years of agricultural experience gained from previous roles at Syngenta, and his most recent position as Senior Vice President for North America at Nutrien Ag Solutions. Throughout his career, David has held leadership positions across sales, operations, marketing, and business strategy – acquiring expertise in customer-focused initiatives, agronomic solutions development, diverse product portfolio management, and strategic supply chain operations. 

Mike Frank, CEO of UPL Corporation Ltd., said: “David brings with him extensive industry expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the local agricultural landscape. North America presents an extremely important and high-potential market for UPL, and I am confident that David will provide the strong leadership and strategic insights that we need to take our offering to more farming communities.”
