Precision Build, which spans its family of companies: Precision Tank, Tampa Tank, Florida Structural Steel and Tampa Steel Erecting, has announced a series of executive leadership appointments.
This news comes after the retirement of David Hemming, who served as CEO of Precision Build since its formation in 2020 and also served as CEO and President of Precision Tank for 22 years.
“I want to thank David for his years of outstanding service,” Rick Brandt, Chairman of the Board for Precision Build said in the company’s announcement. “And I’m excited about these promotions and these leaders’ ability to keep moving forward. We continue to develop strong leaders from within and position the organization for continued long-term success.”
Yraguen Named CEO
Corey Yraguen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Precision Build and its operating subsidiaries. As CEO, Yraguen will provide strategic leadership across Precision Build and its operating subsidiaries. His responsibilities will include long-term vision, operational performance and continued growth.
Yraguen joined Precision Build in 2020 and has served as President of Precision Build, as well as President and CEO of Precision Build Solutions, which includes Tampa Tank and Florida Structural Steel. During his tenure, the company says Yraguen helped strengthen the organization’s strategic foundation and support continued growth.
Lunt Promoted to President of Precision Tank
Wil Lunt has been promoted to President of Precision Tank, a Precision Build company. In the new role, Lunt will oversee Precision Tank’s strategic direction, operations and overall performance while continuing to provide enterprise financial leadership and stewardship for Precision Build.
Lunt joined Precision Build in 2021 and became the company’s Chief Financial Officer in 2023. He will continue serving as CFO while assuming leadership of Precision Tank, succeeding Hemming as President.
Harris Named Vice President of Finance
Shane Harris has been promoted to Vice President of Finance for Precision Build. In his new role, Harris will lead financial planning and reporting, operational finance and other administrative initiatives across the enterprise. He will also support the company’s continued financial strength and growth.
Harris joined the company in 2024 as Controller after spending several years in public accounting.
