Custom Agronomics named Scott Addy CEO.

“Retailers are looking for solutions that deliver real value, and the private label products developed by Custom Agronomics are second to none,” Addy said. “The science is incredibly strong, and the company’s advanced technology and manufacturing capabilities set it apart. I’m excited about the opportunity to help drive continued growth at Custom Ag.”

Most recently Addy was vice president of brand technology at Wilbur-Ellis, and he has more than 30 years of experience in the agriculture industry.

“I’ve known Scott for many years and consider him an exceptional business leader,” Greg Thompson, chair of the Custom Agronomics Board of Directors said. “He understands the unique value that Custom Ag delivers to its customers and has the expertise to lead our next phase of growth with a focus on innovative, sustainable solutions.”

Custom Agronomics, Inc. formulates and manufactures liquid nutrients, specialty chemistries, nitrogen stabilizers, and wetting agents and surfactants.

Galynn Beer joins Tidal Grow AgriScience as vice president of global sales.

“Helping solve some of agriculture’s greatest challenges with more efficient inputs that ultimately increases yield is our team’s core focus,” Beer said. “I’m excited to join the team and expand access to our chitosan-based solutions and biofertilizers. When retailers and growers experience how our solutions add value to their entire crop input strategy—beyond incremental yield—the impact is significant.”

Beer was most recently at AgroLiquid.

Pursell Agri-Tech has named Richard Newman director of NPK sales.
