The beginning of the year had the teams at CHS and Growmark exploring potential synergies and joint opportunities. In early April, the companies confirmed they have discontinued such discussions. 

Growmark and CHS are continuing to invest in their venture capital fund, Cooperative Ventures, which was started in 2021.
