HGS BioScience has expanded its sales and product development organization. The company says these hires will help it continue to lead in soil health and extracted humate products.

Meet the key members of HGS BioScience’s sales and product development organization:
Stephanie Wedryk: Global Director of Technical Services and Market Development
Stephanie Wedryk has more than a decade of experience creating, developing and commercializing products in the agricultural and horticultural industries. Her career history includes roles at WinField United, Rx Green Technologies, and Pebble Labs. Wedryk holds a BA in biology from The College of Wooster in Ohio and earned her PhD in horticulture and crop science from The Ohio State University.
Brittany Dawson: Marketing Communications Specialist
Joining HGS BioScience as a marketing communications specialist, Brittany Dawson will be contributing to HGS’s strategic marketing initiatives.
Josh Griffin: Key Account Manager
Before joining HGS, Josh Griffin made significant contributions to companies including Crop Production Services, WinField United and Verdesian Life Sciences.
Hugh Beckham: Key Account Manager
With more than 33 years of experience, Hugh Beckham has held influential positions with SF Services, Monsanto/Bayer, DuPont/Pioneer, Horizon Ag, LLC, and Koch Agronomic Services.
Mark Douglas: Southeast Territory Sales Lead
Mark Douglas has spent more than 35 years in the agricultural industry, with experience in ag retail, entrepreneurship, ag wholesale, and the specialty nutritional market. Most recently, Douglas was a regional manager for a liquid fertilizer company.
Tom Ballinger: Western Corn Belt Territory Sales Lead
Tom Ballinger has a background in soil science and nearly four decades of experience in the agricultural supply industry. His roles have spanned global chemical manufacturing, regional distribution and crop nutritional product manufacturers.
Dusty Parker: Prairie Gateway Territory Sales Lead
Dusty Parker has 20 years of experience in retail sales and management at Helena, cotton farming at Americot, and territory sales and account management at Adama US. Now, as part of HGS BioScience, he will aim to establish partnerships and promote soil sustainability, further contributing to the industry’s growth.
Vaughn Goodman: Pacific Northwest Territory Sales Lead
Vaughn Goodman brings 30 years of experience in the ag industry and a vast knowledge of the fertilizer industry. He is assuming the role of territory sales lead for the Pacific Northwest.
