Tim Cobb, AFM, is a past recipient of the Farm Manager of the Year Award.

His firm recently became Farmland Company, which specializes in management, insurance, real estate, and appraisal services. It was previously Hatley/Cobb and the firm will continue to build on the solid foundation of its previous business.
