As another tool to grow farmer customer loyalty, Growers introduces its Predictive Insights Engine. This is built using Growers’ proprietary transaction and loyalty data with years of historical behavior with current activity on its Axiom AI infrastructure to generate actionable insights, including:

  • churn prediction
  • customer engagement scoring
  • product adoption forecasting

“This is the next step in helping ag retailers actually understand what’s happening with their customers,” said Steven Valencsin, CEO of Growers. “It’s not about looking back anymore but rather it’s about seeing what’s coming and now having the ability to get ahead of it.”

Integrated on the Growers Loyalty Platform sales teams, marketers, and executives can view and act on a unified platform. The company says this will help prioritize accounts, align internal efforts, and drive more meaningful customer interactions.

Already in use, retailers are using parts of the insights engine with churn predictive modeling and identifying accounts at risk of attrition.

A new Loyalty Performance Indicator (LPI) provides a score that reflects customer health, segment engagement, and loyalty over time. This can be paired with Growers’ adoption forecasting models to gauge interest in new products and programs.

“Our goal is not to replace the importance of human relationships, but to give sales teams and leaders the insight to strengthen them,” said Valencsin. “We’re not just digitizing loyalty, we’re redefining it through intelligence.”

The company says these models and tools have been built in collaboration with Agmatix and have been trained on millions of seed, fertilizer, crop protection, energy and grain transactions.
