To help bring clarity to the biological space, WinField is introducing the WinField United BioVerified Designation.

The designation is given to products vetted by the company based on four criteria:

  • Uniqueness: The product must fill a gap in the industry and provide a differentiated benefit to users.
  • Agronomics: Based on Answer Plot trials, 3D imaging equipment, and data from third-party vendors, the company plans to evaluate if the product delivers on its claims.
  • Operational Alignment: This takes factors such as handling, shelf life, application options and tank mixability into consideration.
  • Economics: Product users can see the biological’s ROI potential to decide if it makes sense on their operation.

The company shares the designation will not be limited to WinField United products and will help decision-makers vet products across the marketplace.

They plan to evaluate the lineup annually, adding new products that meet criteria and potentially removing products that have been outperformed by competitors.
