We did a webinar on the Corporate Transparency Act that requires an online report by 2024 for most farm operations with an entity that was or is filed with the Secretary of State.

This report is required for any corporation, LLC, LLP, etc. and you are required to list all owners with at least 25% ownership or any manager, director, etc.

The penalties for not doing this are at least $500 per DAY.

Also, we have started doing more webinars and wondered if you could provide feedback to us on whether you want more webinars; less webinars; a combination of webinars and blog posts. Any feedback is appreciated. You can send Paul Neiffer a direct email at farmcpa@outlook.com.
