“ARA advocated for included measures such as the preservation of the Section 199A deduction, bolstering of the farm safety net, investments in ag research, and numerous conservation initiatives,” said ARA’s Richard Gupton.
To be eligible for the spring workforce window, employers must begin the H-2 application process by June 1.

The ARA staff awarded Caldwell because of his engagement on ARA’s Public Policy Committee, shaping legislation and policy to support ag retailers’ needs nationwide.
