(Tidewater Agronomics)

Serving as the president of the NAICC during the past two years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career.

Reflecting on that period of time, it is easier to remember the difficulties and challenges than the benefits and rewards. However, as I think more deeply about it all, I would not change a thing.

Throughout this entire journey in NAICC leadership, I have gained more friendships and developed more close relationships than I ever would have if I had served in a different capacity. The NAICC has been instrumental in the success of our family business, Tidewater Agronomics Inc., because over the years we’ve cultivated relationships made possible by the networking opportunities we have when attending our annual meeting.

I can put in no amount of time to repay what the NAICC has done for me personally and our business. I would like to first and foremost thank God for putting me in the position to lead such a wonderful organization. I would like to thank my family for standing behind me, supporting me and allowing me to sacrifice the time needed to serve the NAICC. I would like to thank my Tidewater Ag family for its hard work keeping our company successful and giving us the ability to support the NAICC. I would like to thank our executive board members for taking time out of their busy schedules to serve the NAICC. Lastly, I would like to thank all of our members for their support and kind words shared in the past two years.

The NAICC is more than an organization. It’s a family of agricultural professionals that I personally will cherish for a lifetime. It has been my privilege and honor to serve as your NAICC president, and I can’t wait to see everyone at our 2022 annual meeting in Orlando.
