EPA Seeks Nominations to Serve on FRRCC

This committee provides independent policy advice, information and recommendations to the EPA Administrator on various environmental policies that are important to agriculture and rural communities.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler announced a call for 20-30 nominees to serve on the Farm, Ranch, and Rural Communities Committee (FRRCC). The FRRCC provides independent policy advice, information and recommendations to Wheeler on various environmental policies that are important to agriculture and rural communities.

Nominees who farm, serve in leadership roles in ag organizations and analyze complicated environmental issues with integrity will be considered. Applications are due Dec. 31, 2019.
