The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) released its 2022 education calendar for rural professionals. It includes many valuation courses offered in a hybrid format that can be attended online or in-person. The ASFMRA is the only organization offering qualifying and continuing education that is specifically designed for appraisers who work with the complex properties commonly found in rural and agricultural areas.

It takes a special understanding and appreciation of rural property and agricultural assets in order to properly assess their value, which is why both aspiring appraisers and well-established valuation experts seek out the ASFMRA’s best-in-class education. Accredited ASFMRA members are widely recognized as the go-to professionals for clients with unique appraisal situations, including everything from eminent domain and conservation easements to livestock facilities, grain elevators and all forms of agricultural chattel.

ASFMRA courses are more than just great education. They are opportunities to connect with leading rural professionals across the country. When facing new appraisal challenges, appraisers’ networks become their greatest asset. Knowing someone who can give advice on a specific issue can make all the difference.
