Five new leaders have expanded Conduit’s team. With deep experience across ag retail, digital agriculture and beyond, the company says this roster aims to propel the company’s growth.
New hires at Conduit include:
- Eric Snodgrass, EVP of Farmer Experience & Sr. Atmospheric Scientist: Eric joins Conduit with extensive experience in developing predictive, analytical software solutions for global agriculture providing high-impact weather updates and predicting field-level weather impacts on agricultural yields. His insights will directly inform precision agriculture solutions, helping farmers make more data-driven decisions.
- Jack Brodshaug, EVP of Sales & Marketing: Jack is a seasoned leader in digital agricultural technology and will lead the company’s efforts to enhance its brand and accelerate revenue growth across key markets.
- Wade Kent, VP of B2C: Wade will focus on expanding Conduit’s offerings, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and delivering impactful growth in the consumer market.
- Matt Reardon, Sr. Atmospheric Scientist: A renowned atmospheric scientist with expertise in weather data analytics and climate patterns, Matt will play an essential role in advancing Conduit’s research and development efforts.
- McClane Gill, Vice President of Marketing: He’ll oversee brand development and customer engagement strategies.
