Brandt Creates Leadership Positions, Announces Promotions
Brandt, a leading retailer of professional agronomic services and manufacturer of specialty input products, has announced a series of promotions to kick off 2023. These promotions will provide increased customer service, pathways to team members’ personal growth and increased staffing to maintain the company’s upward trajectory.
In total, six members of Team Brandt, all in Brandt’s Agronomic Services organization, are being promoted as of January 1, 2023.
Ken Tate, currently manager of the Raymond location, and Ken Vincent, manager of the Oakford location, have each been promoted to the position of Brandt Agronomic Services Regional Manager. Tate will oversee the South Region and Vincent will lead the North Region. Their primary role is to mentor the location managers in their regions.
Josh Allen has been named Director of Midwest Development. This newly created role will identify and develop new regional business opportunities and build relationships with various stakeholders. Allen has managed the Brandt Auburn location since 2006.
In corresponding moves, three Team Brandt members have been promoted to location manager:
- Adam Markwell has been promoted to the manager position of Brandt Raymond. Markwell has been the assistant manager of that location since 2011 and handles many operational and sales functions.
- Jackson Allen has been named manager of Brandt Oakford. Allen has been an integral part of the Brandt Ashland team since starting there after graduating from Purdue University with a BA in Agribusiness in 2019.
- Steven Rush will become manager of Brandt Auburn. Steven has been Assistant Plant Manager of BRANDT Auburn since 2017, managing different sales and operational duties.
