AGCO Names 2021 Operator of the Year

Kolby Watson of Simplot Grower Solutions in St. Anthony, Idaho has been named the AGCO Operator of the Year. He annually applies over 30,000 acres, has his CCA certification, and serves as local fire fighter.

This is the 16th year for the award. As Greg Pumo, marketing director for Fendt North America says, the company wants to recognize applicators for their hard work, dedication and commitment.

“We look at these applications with three criteria: service, quality and consistency,” he says and adds the company values the operators’ impact on their organization and customers.

The other two finalists were Bill Bata, an owner-operator from Adams, ND, and Brady Jones, an applicator with Agri-Turf in Lindsey, Ontario, Canada.
