As an annual check-in, our editorial team has published a salary survey for almost two decades. The survey specifically focuses on compensation trends for two key roles ag retailers fill: sales agronomists and applicators/machine operators. All respondents confirmed they hold management positions in an ag retail business. This year’s survey was conducted via email in February and had 103 responses from 28 states.
