Kahler Automation Announces New CEO

Jessica Geelan will step into the company’s leadership role upon the retirement of John Christ.

Effective immediately, Jessica Geelan has been named CEO at Kahler Automation. Previously CFO, Geelan will actually serve both roles until the company fills her previous role. The board is said to have selected Geelan based on her financial expertise, strategic leadership and understand of the Kahler business. The company says this approach will provide continuity.

This news comes after the retirement of John Christ.

“On behalf of our Board of Directors, I want to thank John for his leadership and the contributions he has made to Kahler Automation,” said Wayne Kahler, Kahler Automation founder and chairman of the board. “His dedication to our employees, customers, and company has helped position Kahler for continued success, and we wish him all the best in his next chapter.”

Kahler Automation provides industrial automation solutions built for ag retail operations. Its systems help facilities improve blending, loadout, control, and reporting processes. And the systems support fertilizer, chemical, and seed handling with better accuracy, efficiency, visibility, and reliability, enabling ag retailers to streamline plant operations and serve customers more effectively.
