Kahler Automation Introduces LoadPass

A new app from Kahler aims to provide easy mobile check-in and smooth traffic flow for ag retail sites.
LoadPass from Kahler is available for its dry fertilizer and liquid automation systems.

Whereas today, they have to exit their truck and use a kiosk to pull up loads and start the process, LoadPass provides pre-arrival check in from the app so drivers can check in before arriving at the site. An easy to scan code sets up the driver to help capture needed weight information and then bay directions or other loading instructions are displayed.

Kahler says the system helps provide consistent flow of trucks through the facility while requiring less person-to-person interaction with drivers and scale operation.

After the loading process is complete, drivers confirm their gross weight and can sign the bill of lading in the app. There’s an option to receive a printed ticket as well.
