OSHA issued a memorandum detailing expanded temporary enforcement guidance on respiratory protection fit-testing for N95 masks in all industries during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is a new FMCSA emergency waiver that will help new CDL drivers seeking a Class A CDL. The seasonal drivers – Restricted Ag CDL – are already exempt from the knowledge and skills tests.
If this precedent is allowed to stand and become a common procedure, courts rather than EPA will take over the role of regulating pesticide registrations.
