The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) launched registration for the Congressionally-mandated Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

ARA encourages users to register early to ensure enough time to complete the registration because all users must gain access to the clearinghouse once it is implemented on Jan. 6, 2020.

Authorized users must register to request access to information in the Clearinghouse and sign in with a login.gov account to begin the Clearinghouse registration.
