The purpose of the ARA Rising Stars program, sponsored by Atticus, is to offer member organizations a way to recognize and develop their top performers with unique professional development and networking opportunities.
Nominate one or more emerging ag retail leaders deserving of industry-wide recognition before the Aug. 31 deadline.
This year’s program theme is “Leading with Purpose” and it will be the guiding prompt for the video contest portion of this program.
When submitting nomination(s), please note:
- Both the nominator and nominee must be employed by an ARA member company in good standing;
- More than one individual from the same company may be nominated;
- Suppliers are encouraged to take this opportunity to reward one or more of their retailer partners by nominating them; and
- Nominee(s) should not have previously attended the ARA Conference & Expo.
