ARA is reminding ag retailers they can submit comments on Water Quality Trading under the Clean Water Act up until Nov. 18.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler announced a call for public comment on a modification to its 2003 Water Quality Trading Policy as well as additional clarifications around nonpoint source baselines.
