Bunge Details Its Agile and Entrepreneurial Work Environment

Deb Borg, head of HR of Bunge, shares how the company applies an agile and entrepreneurial perspective to manage its 4,000 person team in its U.S. business.

Bunge was named one of the “most loved workplaces” by Newsweek magazine. Deb Borg came on The Scoop podcast to talk about the Bunge team and how they go about doing their work, and why the company was awarded such a designation.

As one thing she highlights, despite its global business and being publicly traded, many employees say Bunge feels like a family-run, smaller scale team based company.

She also attributes the company moving its North American headquarters to St. Louis as being beneficial to the company’s culture.
