On November 30, CNH Industrial announced the completion of its acquisition of Raven Industries. The deal was first announced in late June and said to be for $2.1 billion.
Company leaders says this acquisition is key in its digital transformation and builds on the long-standing relationship CNH and Raven have had.

I would like to commend both the Raven and CNH Industrial teams who are collaborating closely on a seamless transition to make this truly transformative deal progress smoothly.”
CNH Industrial announced the first in-house products with fully integrated Raven systems will be available next year in 2022.
On December 2, CNH Industrial announced it has acquired software development company NX9, which specializes in ISOBUS core technologies and applications for agricultural equipment.
