SSI Acquires K&K Management Solutions

Software Solutions Integrated, LLC announced today the acquisition of K&K Management Solutions headquartered in Avon, Indiana. The acquisition will bring together leaders in the Agricultural and Energy Retail software industries.
K&K’s Energy-Force is recognized as a “best in class” solution for the management of propane and refined fuel delivery.

K&K is the exclusive marketer of Optimizer Plus – the only fully automated route optimization tool. With over 34 years in business and customers in 42 states, this acquisition will extend the SSI/Agvance brand in the energy space and strengthen their offering to agricultural cooperatives.

Pam Rincker, SSI’s President, felt this was the right move at the right time. “We are excited about bringing the Energy-Force suite into our Agvance SKY product line and strengthening our energy offering to our diversified ag cooperatives.”  Pam also believes the two companies share the same core values and commitment to outstanding service to their customers. “It’s not just the product synergy and length of time we’ve spent serving our respective industries that makes this a great fit, it’s the way K&K has built their business on the same fundamental principles as SSI. By putting customer service before all else and treating their employees and customers like family.”

Karla Schilling, President with K&K, is also excited about the future following the acquisition.  “I personally know of SSI’s commitment to excellence because Energy-Force has been tightly integrated with Agvance for many years. We look forward to continuing first-class service as part of the Agvance team for years to come.” She also pointed out the positive impact on future platforms and product roadmaps. “It will provide additional resources to continuously innovate, evolve and enhance Energy-Force to maximize the productivity and profitability of our valued customers.”

SSI is a leading developer of agribusiness software with over 3200 customer locations throughout the US and Canada. Their Agvance line of software products enable ag retailers to integrate business process functions from every facet of their operations. From diversified cooperatives to leading national distributors, SSI has a proven process and track record for successful software implementations.
