Sentera’s FieldAgent Mobile app has added new features to increase flier control and is now free of charge to all users.

Through the app, users can fly unlimited acres with individually customizable overlap and sidelap. The app also gives access to crop health maps which are available on and offline. The live flight planning on the app shows battery count, time, and acreage in real time.

"This is a huge step forward for FieldAgent and the way the industry collects highly organized aerial data," says Reid Plumbo, director of product management for Sentera. "We completely overhauled and refined our app, focused on providing the best data gathering and viewing experience for our users.”

Anyone interested in the FieldAgent Mobile app can download it through the app store on a smart device. Existing FieldAgent Mobile users will gain access to the new features when they update the app.
