Alliance Introduces Tire Designed For The Highest Capacity Sprayers

Specifically designed for the largest class of high-clearance sprayers, Alliance Tire Americas, Inc., introduces the Alliance Agriflex+ 354.

The Agriflex+ 354 in the 420/95R50 size can handle loads of more than 15,000 lb. per wheel. Alliance says this new tire is one of only two sprayer tires of this size commercially available. The Alliance Agriflex+ 354 is also available in 380/90R46 and 320/90R50 sizes.

The Alliance Agriflex+ 354 is rated for transport speeds up to 40 mph. The VF (very high flexion) tire features wide steel radial belts, rubber compounds formulated to withstand tough stubble, sidewalls engineered for extra flexibility and a large air chamber.

James Crouch, Alliance Tire Americas' product manager explains that VF tires can carry the same load as a conventional radial tire at 40% lower inflation pressure, which can reduce soil compaction. Or as Couch says, VF tires can carry 40% more load at the same inflation pressure as a conventional radial tire of the same size.
